The Stoned Immaculate drops new 'Banging' tune
When asked in a recent, exclusive interview, lead singer Louie described ‘The Stoned Immaculate’s’ music as “pretty banging” and honestly – pretty banging is a humble way of putting it. The Stoned Immaculate are firmly on their yellow brick road, they are on the path to success.
Indie-inspired, rock gods ‘The Stoned Immaculate’ recently released their newest single: Charlie Brown. A track which feels exactly like their own music but at the same time they have managed to create a sound which is both creative and fresh.
The minor nature of the riff is as chilling as it is beautiful, complimenting the main melody of the music on the track. There is no absence of the band’s strong indie roots they take pride in which take form in verses as brief downwards strums and the addictive rock and roll in the choruses.
The chilling riff accompanied by the soft almost Hawaiian-esque downwards strums make me imagine myself on a vast, serene beach but also above me is a thunderstorm of rock and roll. And honestly, it’s a pretty amazing image.
(Ironically, ‘The Stoned Immaculate’s’ dream venue is an island surrounded by enthusiastically screaming fans in the water, I think I’ll be the first one in the water but I’m sure there will be plenty of room and these guys deserve it.)
The track show nothing but the spirit, aura and talent that make The Stoned Immaculate’s music feel so genuine and original.
